Bertram Consulting provides high-quality non-clinical individual and group supervision for social work licensure to professionals across sectors and settings, to support their learning and professional development. Our approach uses a co-creation model that empowers supervisees to create agendas and determine the best use of supervision time for skill building, resource knowledge, conflict resolution, and goal planning. Throughout the supervisory relationship, we frame discussions through a social work lens to reinforce professional values and skills to practice effectively with clients, whether they be individuals, groups, communities, or systems.
